In a statement regarding this achievement, Kieran Ring, Deputy Chairperson of the AIBF’s accreditation board, remarked

The accreditation process is thorough and includes an assessment of the company’s history, reliability, and performance. The AIBF panel engages with customers, employees, and vendors, and also evaluates the company’s services anonymously as a customer.
Businesses recognized as All-Star accredited are characterized as progressive, homegrown Irish enterprises that uphold the highest standards of performance, reliability, and customer focus.
